Kahala Castle On The Beach

We had a great time and can’t wait to go back! Our kids had a blast!

The pictures do not give this property justice. It’s absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Mark has thought of everything one could think of to make his guests happy and comfortable. The access to the beach is second to none. The views are as good as any you’ll find on Galveston Island. The house is incredible in every way. All rooms had extremely comfortable beds and their own bathrooms. It was nice having two full refrigerators and freezers and multiple kitchen tables to eat, play board games, read, etc, all while sitting watching the beautiful view of the beach. The living room and every bedroom had smart TVs that were very easy to operate.The house is so close to everything you would want or need to do in Galveston, including the restaurants and stores. We have stayed at several dozen rental properties over the years and this property truly was one of our top two or three favorites. We will definitely be coming back.

Perfect family vacation! Loved the large bedrooms and bathroom!The decks were large with multiple chairs on each floor! Kitchen was well stocked with Dishes and Pots and pans. The beach view was incredible it was like having your own private beachfront. Lots of toys for kids even bikes

This property was so well appointed and maintained. There were 10 of us, from infants to seniors and we had plenty of space. It is located close to town for errands and RIGHT ON THE BEACH! We spent much time on the deck overlooking the ocean, enjoying the sea breeze. The deck is also very safe for little children as the bottom is glassed in.There are erosion problems with all the properties that close to the water, so had to watch your step getting to the sand but so convenient, especially with our babies.The host was amazingly attentive, responsive and over-the-top accommodating from reservation through checkout and beyond. He even tried to help me figure out if I left something after checkout! I highly recommend this property. The pictures do not do it justice! I hope to get this rental every year for my family.
